(28.05.2011) Day 3: Tai Zhung City

Day 3 in Taiwan, followed one of the teacher go to Tai Zhung, as well as together with two students. As what the teacher suggest, we will visit Taiwan National Science Museum. After visited the museum, I only have one comment that is if Malaysia has a Science Museum like this, I believe that every student will feel interested to study science.  

Is windy and chilly Saturday.

This is the place that we having our lunch. A course meal will cost us at least TWD350, but it include buffet salad bar, eat all you can. If Malaysia have this kind of restaurant, that I will become fatter.

Phua Boon Ping, is free flow of ice cream. I really miss those day that we ate ice cream at 3:00 in the morning. When we going to do that again??

Alone walk back from the night street is a new challenge for me today, luckily I have good sense of direction. =)

(27.05.2011) Day 2: First day in school

The first day went to the school, the amazing part of Taiwan elementary school is they have a big compound!

There is a little bit special and different about my exchange that is the servicing intern is done by the TN and not AIESEC.
I have a little bit of cultural shock while having today dinner. Head of Parents Association, Deputy of Parents Association and principal of the school have a dinner with me as a Welcoming Party. Like what we saw from the television, Taiwan have a culture that is they like to drink beer during dinner time and start joking after drunk.
To be honest, I need time to digest this kind of culture.

(26.05.2011) Day 1: The Arrival

Nervous, worry?? Is no the feeling that I have although this is the first time that I have to travel alone. Might be is because I do not have much time to think, I do not have a clear mind to worry, I just know I need to finish packing and take the flight on time!!!

12:20am LCCT - Is still a long night to go before I can depart to Taiwan. Is not fun at all while you have to overnight in LCCT =(

At last, I can have luxurious breakfast after a long night waiting in LCCT. =)



The first thing that I did while on the flight is - Sleep!!!!
Thank you so much and fortunately that uncle had transfer me from Tao Yuan Airport to Tao Yuan High Speed Railway Station. =)

Finally, reached Tai Zhung just in around 35 minutes, and waiting for teacher to pick me up.

The first dinner I had in Taiwan.
Although the room where I stay is not really desirable, at least I have a place to stay, at least is a place that prepared by the teacher with full of love. And, Yes! I learn to appreciate it and I learn to use to it.
Always learn to face difficulty, always take up the challenge, always be tolerant to uncertainty is what I should learn after this exchange. =)
